Braunvieh in Florida! 2026 Youth Beef Industry Congress
Texas Braunvieh Association - Supporting the Education of the Braunvieh Breed
Three of our Texas Juniors, Kaylin Jacobs, Coy and Colt Pittman who also serve as Executive Directors on the JBAA board, recently represented the breed in Florida. Way to represent Texas and the Braunvieh breed.
(From JBAA) This past weekend three JBAA junior directors had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Youth Beef Industry Congress in Tampa, Florida. While attending this three day event, directors had the invaluable opportunity to learn about Florida agriculture, hear from agricultural industry professionals, and connect with countless other youth leaders. In addition, junior board members also had the opportunity to collaborate with junior directors from numerous breed associations, gaining insight into how other organizations serve their junior members and plan associations events. This indispensable experience would not have been possible without the support and generosity of all who contributed to allowing our junior directors to attend this event. Thank you to all who donated to giving our junior directors this opportunity. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to implementing new ideas gained in the JBAA.
